Product Specialist (Sales Professional)

Career Responsibilities:

 

·      Learn and master AutoAlert a web based program that identities sales opportunities in database.

·      Learn and master Momentum, the CRM we use for staying in contact with our clients.

·      Learn and master the Hyundai product line through web-based training and become certified.

·      Learn and master using the phone to generate business. Develop a strong phone presence.

·      Learn and master the sales process (Meet and greet, needs analysis, product presentation, etc.…)

·      Maintain the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction, integrity, and honesty. Ethical behavior is not a negotiable requirement, it's a must.

Customer Service Specialist – BDC

Hyundai of South Brunswick has an almost untapped and untouched equity and lease portfolio where we MUST have top-notch people working it. We use AutoAlert and Momentum CRM to identify likely customers for vehicle upgrades. This is a golden opportunity for experienced salespeople who know how to data mine and talk to customers via phone and email. You work independently of the rest of the floor and only your work ethic and ability will limit your income. It's an "eat what you kill" environment where you are given THOUSANDS of customers to work.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Use available tools, like Autoalert and Momentum CRM, to data mine our customer database for likely trade candidates.

·      Be able to work phone, email, and in person to generate traffic.

·      Follow processes for selling a car (meet & greet, qualify, etc.…) and be able to close.

·      Maintain the absolute highest levels of Customer Satisfaction, integrity, and honesty. Ethical behavior is not a negotiable requirement, it's a must.

·      Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet.

·      Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI).

·      Strive for continual improvement in the AutoAlert team and the company as a whole - Give recognition when it is earned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Previous BDC experience or sales experience required.

·      Superior communication skills, both oral and written.

·      Strong email and phone presence is necessary.

·      Exceptional ability to work with others.

·      Outstanding organizational skills.

·      Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure.

·      Forecasting goals and objectives.

·      Working closely with BDC Manager and other department managers.
